Supplier approval issues in AUG ERP can arise from various reasons, leading to delays or errors in the finish or it can be any other reason. AUG ERP's Supplier Approval Issue module streamlines the issuing process, ensuring that goods and services are issued and approved efficiently while maintaining quality and control. One more thing is to be noted the effect of this transaction is not reflected in the Ledger.

Bring the cursor on Transaction, we can see many functions as follows -
Clicking on ‘Supplier Approval Issue’, we get -

We get to see all the issues made within the selected period.

At the right end of each issue entry, we can see an Action button. On clicking this we get to see many options -

  1. View - We can view the issue details with the entry made against the issue.

  2. Edit - We can edit the entry made before.

  3. Delete - We can delete this entry, with the help of this option.

  4. History - We can view the total history of this transaction.

  5. Changes - We can see who has made this issue and who has updated it.

  6. Print - On bringing the cursor we can see different print options like Print, Group, Category, Sub Category, Tag. We can use the options as per our requirements.

  7. Verify Stock - On clicking this a pop-up opens, we can verify the stock with this option. Putting the Tag and entering it will verify the stock.

  1. Bill Verification - Sometimes the Company uses different software for maintaining the Accounts. On clicking this a pop-up opens up and in that as soon as we enter the details of the other software and save it, the colour of that entry changes. After this, we can not edit or delete the entry.

On clicking (+) on the right top corner of the page, we can go for a new Supplier Approval Issue as follows-


  1. Bill - You have to select which type of bill we require (Estimate/ Retail/Tax).

  2. Name - Select the Name of the customer from the drop-down. On the side of this field, we can see 🅽, 🅴, 🅻. When we want to add a new Customer we have to click (N), at the time of editing the customer, we can click (E), if we want to see the customer’s Ledger then we have to click (L), then it will be redirected to the customer’s ledger page.

  3. Stock Sell - We have to select from where this operation is being done. It is from a Branch or Tour.

  4. Location - We have to select from which location the transaction is being done.

  5. Tag Type - we have to select the Tag Type. Tag or Lot.

  6. Tag No.- we have to enter the Tag number which we want to issue. After entering the Tag number by clicking the (+) sign by the side, the whole details are entered at the bottom.

  7. Voucher Date - Enter the Voucher date.

  8. Action - We have two options, delete and (+). By clicking on (+) we can go for the entry of one more item.

  9. Item - We can select the Item from the drop-down, which is to be issued manually. 

  10. Item group - Select the Item group from the drop-down.

  11. Remark - For Internal Remark, we have to click (+), a pop-up opens up and there we can write the remark.

  12. Pieces - We have to enter the number of pieces of the issued items.

  13. Gross weight - Enter the gross weight of the item issued.

  14. Less weight - We have to enter the Less weight. On clicking the (+) button a pop-up opens up. Here we have to enter the details of the Less weight and save it.

  15. Net weight - As soon we save the Less weight this Net weight is filled up automatically. Gross weight minus less weight is Net weight.

  16. Touch - As soon as we select the Item Group field for the Item selected, then this Touch gets filled up automatically.

  17. Wastage - We have to enter the wastage here.

  18. Touch Total - This gets auto-calculated as soon we enter the wastage. It is Touch plus wastage that will give Total Touch.

  19. Labour On - We have to select on which the labour has to be calculated. We have to select the option from the dropdown.

  20. Labour Rate - Enter the Labour rate here.

  21. Labour Amount, Other Amount, Fine and Net Weight get calculated at the backend and are autofilled. 

     30. Action - We have two options delete and (+) by clicking we can go for the entry of one more item and by the delete option we can delete the entry. 

On the left bottom, we have to enter the Narration, Salesman & Delivery Type. Filling the details and save it.

When we click the Transaction button on the right bottom side below the total, you can see different short-cuts 
If we ( ⮝), we get the details of the bill Item Group-Wise -
If we want to Update Wastage, we have to click the “Update Watage” button. On clicking this a pop-up opens up as follows - We can fill in the details and update it. Thus we can enter and update the Supplier Approval Issue.
