When our suppliers use this same software, we can use this AUTO PURCHASE FROM SUPPLIER so that one does not have to enter the items. We can do the mapping and all the things can be entered in one shot. In this, we can make our own tag or we can keep the supplier's tag as it is and sell the product, keeping the same tag, which can be recorded in our software.
First of all, you have to go for Suppliers and Vendors
And go for edit, we get
We have to select Yes in Auto Fetch Account
We have to write supplier code, which will be given by the supplier.
We have to write the supplier key, which will be given by the supplier.
Then save it.
After that, you have to select supplier mapping as follows
We have to select an item and write the supplier's item name equivalent to our item.
Next, select the item group and other item and write the supplier's details with our equivalent details and save it.
Now you can go for AUTO PURCHASE FROM SUPPLIER
On clicking we get
We have to write the supplier’s name
We have to fetch the QR code of the supplier’s bill.
On entering the details we get automatically the total item comes at the bottom.
On saving it with a direct tag, we can use the customer tag. If we want to make our own tag we can save it. Automatically lot will be created and from the lot, we can make our own tag, and use it.
