When our Salesmen go on an Exhibition tour, they first create the tour. Then, all the item tags are scanned and issued, which they want to take for exhibition. While taking the tags for exhibition, they are scanned and verified, to confirm that no Tags are left out. After that, they have the right to take the ornaments for the exhibition. Showing the designs of different items and different touches, the salesman takes orders at the exhibition through Order Apps. This is then later synchronised with the ERP. The orders are automatically entered into the software as soon as they are synchronised. This entry is done in this feature, which enables the Exhibition Analysis Report.
In Inventory and Supply Chain, by bringing the cursor to Tour, we can see many features, including Tour Tag Verification.
Clicking this feature, we get the following page
While taking the issued tags for exhibition, they are scanned and verified, to confirm that no Tags are left out. After that, they have the right to take the ornaments for the exhibition. When we want to do the Tour Tag Verification, we have to click the plus (+) sign, on the top right side. Clicking this the following page opens up with different fields.
As soon as we enter the Tour name and generate the report. Immediately, all the items issued will be displayed below. Now, one by one, we can scan the tags of the items and click the (+) plus. As soon as we do so, the entered item changes the colour to green. This way, we scan all the tags which are verified. This way we can know if any tags are missing.
The salesman field is mandatory. After scanning all the Tags, we have to click the ‘Save’ button. Doing so Tags are verified.
