This feature allows you to receive items after completing the Tour or exhibition. That is why this feature is known as the Tour Tag Transfer Receive Tour. With the help of this feature where we can receive the Tags, lots, or HUID from one Tour and issue them to another Tour. If some items within the Lots taken on tour are sold, in the tour and we try to receive the total Lot back, a notification will pop up showing that the items are not present.
In Inventory and Supply Chain, when we bring the cursor on Tour, we can see many functions as follows -
Tour Name - We must select the Name of the Tour from the drop-down from which we want to receive the ornaments.
Issue Tour - We have to select the name from the drop-down to which we want to shift the ornament and send it to a different tour.
Location - This is not mandatory as we shift the ornaments from one tour to another.
Tag No. In the Tag Type Field, whichever option we select, the name of this field changes. Then, we have to scan the Tag, lot, or HUID number as selected.
Generate - Then click the generate button.
On clicking this the details can be seen below.
Salesman - This field is mandatory.
After entering the details save it.
