INVENTORY AND SUPPLY CHAIN => TOUR => TOUR TAG TRANSFER RECEIVE

This feature allows you to receive items after completing the Tour or exhibition. That is why this feature is known as the Tour Tag Transfer Receive. If some items within the Lots taken, on tour are sold, in the tour and we try to receive the total Lot back, a notification will pop up showing that the items are not present. 


In Inventory And Supply Chain, when we bring the cursor on Tour, we can see many functions amongst those one is Tour Tag Transfer Receive.


Clicking this we get the following -

We get the total items received.

  1. We can select the date as per our requirements.

  2. Clicking the Action button we get many options as dropdown -

  1. View - We can view the details of the transaction.

  2. Receive - Clicking this a receiving page opens up. On this page, you can see the Tour name is auto-filled. Filling up the details we can receive back the items issued from that tour or we can direct the items to some other tour.

  3. Changes - Clicking this option, a pop-up opens up, showing the creator’s details. Under the action button, we can see a plus sign. Clicking this, we can view the details of that entry.

  4. Print - Bring the cursor, on this print option, we get two drop-downs. 1. Print - We can take the printout of that transaction. 2. Tag - Clicking this we can take the Tag print-out of that transaction.


     3.  When we want to add a new receipt, we have to click this (+) plus mark. Clicking this we get the following page.

  1. Type - This is auto-filled.

  2. Tour Name - We have to select the Tour name from the drop-down.

  3. Issue Tour—If we want to issue the items from this tour to another tour, we have to select the tour to which tour we wish to issue.

  4. Location—We have to select the location and is mandatory if we want the stock to be received back at our store or branches. This is not required if we shift the stock of that tour to some other tour.

  5. Tag Type - Clicking this field we get three options Tag, Lot & HUID. We can select anyone as per our requirements.

  6. Tag No. - The name of this field changes as per the Tag Type selected. 

  7. Item Name - We can add as many names of items as we want to enter in the received list.

  8. Group Name - We can add as many Touches as we require in this field of an item, which we want to add to the received list.

  9. Generate - After entering the details, we have to click this button to enter the details below.

  10. If by mistake we have entered any details we do not require, then we can delete that entry by clicking the delete button over here.

  11. Salesman - This field is mandatory.

Filling up the details save it. Thus we can receive the items after the tour is completed.

N.B.- (7) & (8) This is a very useful feature for bulk receiving of items after the tour. This is also useful for transferring the tags from one tour to another at one go.
