INVENTORY AND SUPPLY CHAIN => TOUR => TOUR TAG TRANSFER ISSUE

This is the feature where you can issue a Tour Tag to employees going for a tour or exhibition. That is why this feature is known as the Tour Tag Transfer Issue. It should be noted that the Tags can only be transferred and issued if the design number is present in the Tags of the items taken for the Exhibitions Tour. That means the design number is mandatory for the Exhibition Tour Tag Transfer Issue. This is not compulsory for the Tour Tag Tranfer Issue.


In Inventory and Supply Chain, clicking on Tour Mene, we see the following -


On clicking Tour Tag Transfer Issue, we get the following
  1. We can select the date to search for the Tour tag transfer issued.

  2. Action - By clicking this action button, we get a drop-down of many options, as shown in the figure above.

  1. View - Clicking this option we can view the details of the Tour Tag transfer issued.

  2. Receive - When the tour is complete, we receive the items with the help of this option.

When we click this option, we get the following -

(1)&(2) Mandatory. On scanning the Tag the (3)field gets auto-filled and the item issued changes the colour as shown above. Now we have to delete the items one by one, that we do not want to receive, by clicking (5). If we want to add a new item to the tour issue list then click (4). Clicking this (+) plus mark we get a new entry field (6). We can now fill up the fields and save it.


  1. Changes—This option helps us view who created it and who updated it. Clicking this pop-up opens up with details. There is also a plus mark in the ‘Action’ column. Clicking this shows us what changes he has made.

  2. Print - When we bring the cursor on the Print option, we can see two more options, print and Tag. Clicking the ‘Print’ option we can see the Tour Tag Transaction, but if we want the Tag details of the transaction then we have to click the Tag Print.

  3. Tag Print—When we hover over this, we see a drop-down menu showing different Tag format options. We can select the option that best suits our needs.

     C. On clicking (+) we can make a new Tour Tag Transfer Issue and a page opens up 

  1. Type - This field is auto-filled as an issue.

  2. Tour Name - We have to select the tour name from the drop-down.

  3. Tag Type - On clicking this we get three options (a) Tag (b) Lot (c). Huid  We can select any options as per our requirements.

  4. Tag No.- The name of this field changes as per the Tag Type. If we want to note the Tag no. Lot No. or Huid No., we have to first select the suitable Tag Type as our want and then enter the number. 

  5. Item Name -  This is the field where we can add and issue multiple items in the Tour Tag Transfer Issue.

  6. Group Name - This is the field where we can add and issue multiple groups in the Tour Tag Transfer Issue.

  7. Tag Limit - Here we can limit the number of entries.

  8. Generate - Clicking this button we can generate the issue.

  9. Sales Man - This field is mandatory.

N.B. - Once we issue the Tour Tag Transfer we can not edit or delete it. It can only be received.
