Age Report is to see how old the transaction lying ideal.
On clicking MIS we get the following features. Age Report is one of them.
On clicking the ‘Age Report’, we get
On clicking (⮟), we get a drop-down with many filters. We can fill up the filters as per our requirements.
Then generating the report we get the following
Tick mark the square box of which account you want the printout.
Tick mark the square box, whose narration you want to update.
On taking the print out it will look like follows
On clicking the account in Age Report, we get the following.
The total ledger opens up that account. You can see the three buttons on the top right side.
Transaction - On clicking this, a different shortcut dropdown opens up. This is used as per our requirement.
Lock Ledger - This is a useful tool. When the seller and the purchaser sit in a meeting to finalise the account, then after finalization the account is locked, so no changes can be made after that.
Unlock All Ledger - If we want to change any data you have to unlock all ledgers.
