All the payments made will be reflected on this page. It has many tabs that segregate the cheques.

In Inventory and Supply Chain, when we bring the cursor on the Payment menu, we can see many functions -

On clicking this payment function, we get

On the extreme right side of each entry, we can see an action button. Clicking this, we get many options which can be used as per our requirements. The last option is “Send WhatsApp”, clicking this, we can send the payment details to his WhatsApp.

We can see many Tabs on the top margin of this page. Details are as follows-
1. All Payments - All the payments can be seen when we click this Tab.
2. Pending Cheque – Clicking this page, we can view the pending cheques. In the entry, we can see a Status Column. In this column, we can see a button as ‘Select Action’, clicking this, we have three options: Reject, Confirm and Cancel. As per the status of this cheque, we select the Action. As soon as we do so. The details of the cheque are transferred to the appropriate Tab.
3. Rejected Cheque – If we have selected Reject in Pending Cheque, the cheque details will be shifted into this Tab.
4. Confirm Cheque - If we have selected Confirm in Pending Cheque, the cheque details will be shifted into this Tab.
5. Cancel Cheque - If we have selected Cancel in Pending Cheque, the cheque details will be shifted into this Tab.
6. Bank Payment – ( Pl contact our support team regarding this Tab )
7. Bulk Payment – Here, all the entries are seen when bulk payment is done, that is, when instructions to the bank are given to give the payment to multiple companies.
8. All Cash Receipt – The Cash receipt details can be seen in this Tab. We can take the print-out of the receipt by opting for the option given by clicking the action button.
9. All Bank Receipt – All the payments made through the Bank will be displayed in this Tab.
10. All Card Receipt – All the payments made by the Card will be displayed here in this Tab.
11. Pending PDC Cheque – All the post-dated cheques can be viewed in this Tab.

(A) Here we can select the dates when we want to see the payments.
(B) Update the Receipt No.- Clicking this button, a pop-up as follows

A & B - We have to enter the date.
C. – We have to enter the prefix.
D. – We have to enter the Starting serial number.
E. – We have to select the type of cash or bank from the drop-down.
F. - In this field, we have to select the type from the drop-down, Receipt or Payment.
G. – In this field, we have to select the type from the drop-down, direct or any other means.
As soon as we fill in the details and save them, the previous entry also gets affected and is changed accordingly.

Before each entry, we can see a small check box. We have to tick mark all the entries which we want to send the details to the customers. Then click the “C” button. As soon as we do so, all the entry details are sent to customers through WhatsApp.
Now, if we want to add a new payment, we have to click the plus (+) sign in the top right corner of the page. As soon as we do so, a pop-up opens up as follows-

1. Date – We have to select the date of payment.
2. From Account -  From the drop-down, we have to select the account from which the payment is to be made.
3. To Account – We have to select the Account from the drop-down to which the payment is to be made. If the party name is not in the drop-down, we have to click the plus button on the side of this field and fill in the details, so that it will come in the drop-down.
4. Total Amount – We have to enter the amount to be made.
5. Payment Type – On clicking this field, we get three options (a) Direct- We have to select this option if the payment is direct. (b) Advance – If the payment is on advance, we have to select this option. (c) Against Bill – As soon as we select this option, a pop-up opens of all the pending bills. We have to select the bills we want to pay and save it. As soon as we do so, the total amount is reflected in the Total Amount.
6. Narration – If we want to add any narration regarding this payment, we can do so.
7. Send WhatsApp – If we want to send the details of this payment to the customer, we have to click this checkbox.
8. More -The Next four boxes are hidden. If the payment is made via fine, we have to click this check box, so that we can enter the details of the fine given.
9. Metal Type – We have to select the metal type from the drop-down.
10. Metal Rate – We have to add the metal rate as agreed.
11. Fine – We have to add the weight of the fine, which has to be given in the form of payment.
12. Image – We can take a photo of the item and upload the image over here.
Balance Adjust
13. Amount – The amount to be adjusted has to be entered here.
14. Adjust Name – We have to select the account from which the amount is to be adjusted.
15. Narration – We can write the comments in this field.
After filling in the details, save it. Thus, we can add a new payment.

Now we can see that this feature plays an important role in AUG ERP.
