In the Jewellery Industry, some businessmen sell and purchase other items like stones, moti, rudraksha etc. This Other Item/In-Out function is meant for these transactions. Sometimes when we purchase the less items and find it defective, we have to return them. Then this feature is used.
In Inventory and Supply Chain, when we bring the cursor on ‘Other Item/In-Out’, we can see many features -
Clicking on ‘Purchase Return’, we get
We get an Action' button on the right side of each entry. Clicking (1) we get a drop-down, which can be used per our requirements.
When we want to return the faulty less item to the supplier from whom we have purchased then have to click the (+) sign on the top right corner of the page. On clicking this we get the following -
Fill in the details and save it. Thus we can enter a new purchase return of less item which will be reflected in the Account of the Supplier and also in the stock.
