The fourth tab in the Repairing functions is “Pending Receipt.” Here, the ornaments given to the Suppliers will be displayed. With the help of this sub-function, we can receive the items back.
Going to the Repairing function we can see many tabs, out of which the fourth tab is Pending Receipt as follows -

I want to explain the fields one by one.
Bill No. - When we want to receive a specific bill, we must enter the bill number here and generate the report. Shown bellow -
We have to tick mark the check box and click the green button “Add to Receipt”. As soon as we do so the transaction vanishes from the page and the status of this transaction changes to complete.
As per Fig 1 we can select the date within which we want to search the transaction, the generate the report. As soon as we do so all the transactions will be displayed. Then we can click the checkboxes which we want to receive. After that click the green button i.e. “Add To Receipt”. The action is the same as explained in 1.
As per the Fig 1, the fourth field is “Supplier Name”. Clicking this field we can see all the supplier’s names in the drop-down. We have to select the supplier’s name from whom we want to receive the repaired items. By selecting this field we can generate the report. The display of the items issued to that supplier can be seen below. We have to click the check box and then receive the items.
Show Narration - In this field, if we select Yes, then we have one extra column in the item below as Narration. In this, we can see the narration of that item given to the supplier.
Show Images - In this field, if we select Yes, and generate the report, we can see one extra column, showing the Image of that item.
