In the Repaing function, we have a ‘Delivery Pending’ feature. After receiving the ornaments after repair from the Suppliers, we have to deliver them back to the customers. This is the last step in the repair journey. Sometimes the shop owners want to see the pending delivery list so that they can follow up with the customer and give the delivery at the earliest.
In the Inventory and Supply Chain, we can view an Order / Repair Menu. In this, we have many functions, Repairing is one of them. Clicking this we get the following -
The above page is under the ‘All’ Tab. Whenever we want to deliver the item back to the customer after repair, we have to click the receipt blue button, then automatically the status changes to Delivered.
When we want to see the total list of the undelivered items, we have to click the Tab ‘Delivery Pending’. Clicking this we get the following -
Clicking the Tab we can now see the details of the items taken from the Customers. Now if we want to take the print-out of this list we have to click the Print button. On clicking this we get the following and take the print-out. -
Thus on clicking the Excel button we can save the list in Excel and take the print-out in Excel format.
