Manufacturing stock and Inventory stock are two different stocks. When we want to transfer fine gold/ornaments from inventory to manufacturing stock, we use this feature. We make an account of our company and select the company account and shift the metal from the company account to the manufacturing unit. Thus we can know how much metal is transferred to the manufacturing unit.
On clicking Metal Transfer, we get
On clicking ‘Action’, we get different options, out of which one option is ‘Confirm’. On clicking this.
N.B. Before doing this transfer, one thing is that you have to do the following
E.G. If the product in Inventory is ‘CZ Gents Ring' and the same product is in the manufacturing
department named ‘CZ Plain Gents Ring’. Then we have to go through the following process
MANUFACTURING => CONFIGURATION => PRODUCT
On clicking the product, we get
On clicking action we get many options, we can use as per our requirements. On clicking (+),
we can add a new product.
No (1) is the name of the product in the manufacturing unit, whereas (2) is the same product name in the inventory. When we do this and save it, then whenever we transfer the product from Inventory by its name it will shift to the concerned name of the manufacturing unit. (3) Are the departments that can see the products, rest of the departments can not see. After transferring one has to confirm the product, then only it will show in the stock.
On clicking the confirm, we get
The marked product area will come automatically and save it, and then this is confirmed. Then the details are shifted to the confirmed list. On the left top, there are two sectors, one is a ‘pending list’ and another is a ‘ confirmed list '
means the list is added to the manufacturing stock. On the top right side is (+). If you click here, you can add one more metal transfer.
