At the end of the day, all the User Admin has to verify the Tag Stock.
Bring the cursor on Lot Creation/Tag, we can see many functions, out of which ‘Today Tag Stock is one of them.
First, select the Stock Type, then select the location from the dropdown, after that click the Generate button. On clicking this the bottom details are displayed below. None one by one you have to verify the the stock. Select the Verifier’s name from the dropdown in the user's field. Also if you want to put a remark, you are free to do so-
As soon as the item is verified the row changes its colour, as shown below.
After verifying all the items we can save it. It is to be noted that you can not save until you have completed all the items.
Now in an emergency if the verifier has to go somewhere, then he can click ‘Save & Draft’, and he can leave. Later whenever he wants to continue verifying the Tags, then he has to edit as shown below.
On doing the edit the previous page opens up.
We can proceed and verify the whole stock and update it. Clicking the (👁), it is redirected to the counter-report and we can see the details.
