When the seller wants to alter the Tag, they give or issue the tag (i.e. Items) to the supplier with the alteration details. This is the feature where you can do so.
In Inventory and Supply Chain, we can see different functions by bringing the cursor on ‘Lot Creation/Tag’. Out of this ‘Tag Alteration Issue’ is one of them.
On clicking this we get the following with all the Tags issued before.
If we want to issue a new Tag to the supplier, then we have to click the plus sign marked above.
Tag No.- First of all, we scan the tag.
(+) - Click on this.
Then you get the full details of the Tag below,
Supplier - Select from the dropdown the supplier’s name, to whom you want to give the Tag.
Alteration Remark - We can give the full details of the alteration to be done. Then save it, As soon as you do so the Tag will be issued to the Supplier.
