This feature helps us shift the ready stock to customer orders or vice versa. If the customer disagrees to accept the order, the item can be shifted to the company’s stock.
In Inventory and Supply Chain, when we bring the cursor on Lot Creation / Tag, many functions can be seen, one of which is ‘Ready Stock Transfer’
On clicking this, we get
If we want to shift, the customer order which was ordered to the manufacturer, on receiving it now he does not want it, then we want to shift the customer order to the seller's stock, then we have to click the check box which is named as ‘Is Receive In Stock Order’. Scan the Tag, and then click the plus mark. The Entry can seen below. Then choose the salesman's name and save it.
If we want the item in the seller’s stock to be added to the customer’s order, then do not click the check box. The first thing you do is that you have to select the customer order to which you want to add. Then scan the Tag which has to be added. Then click the plus button by the side. At the bottom, you can see the details of the Item. Then choose the Salesman’s name and save it.
You can see the items in Tag Report by selecting the order number and giving it a search. We can see the details below.
If we want the printout of the items ordered, we have to tick mark the small check box, of all the items and click the Mutiprint option. On clicking the Tag number it will be redirected to Tag details.
