This is the feature, where you can create Lots of the items which are idle i.e. the items which
do not have a lot number. When we purchase any item we create Lot and then we go for Tag
creation. Sometimes we want the main Lot to be divided into sub lots, if we want to give the
responsibility to two or three persons, separately. This can be done through this feature. The
main lot can be traced out from the sub lots.
On clicking LOT Creation we get the following screen.
On clicking (+) we can create New Lot from the items lying in our storehouse.
In the display, we can see all the transactions, the lot created, Tag created, and the pending Tag.
On clicking the ‘Action’ we get different options
View - we can only view the details.
Edit - If we want to edit, we can go for it.
Verify - Once it is verified, it means higher authorities have confirmed it to be correct.
Purchase- This means the Lot has been created at the time of purchase.
Adjust - On clicking adjust, the list will vanish from the pending list and you can pass a
remark on it.
Changes - You can see the details, who has made the Adjustment or edit etc.
Print - You can take the printout and select the type of format you require.
Tag - You can take the Tag printout from here.
Sub Lot- You can create the sub lot from here. This is done when we want to divide the
Lot into different Lots. The sub lot is denoted by SL
If we want to know from which Lot the sub lots are created we can go for the following process
On writing the Lot number in that space, it automatically shows the details.
