Hall Marking is done by the Agencies approved by the Government department. When
we want to print Hall Mark on any ornaments, we have to issue the ornament to the agencies,
and then after Hallmarking, we receive the ornaments. After that, it is ready for sale.
Effect - The effect of this is in Hall Mark Report, Tag Report, Price-list, and Stock Report.
On clicking Hall Marking, we get the following screen
When we want to issue the ornaments to the government agency, we have to click
on (+), we get
Name of Agency
Type - If you want to Issue the ornaments for the Hall Mark you have to select from the dropdown ‘ Issue’
On scanning the Tag, we get the details at the bottom.
Select the Voucher Date.
And Save it.
After this when we receive the material back, we go through the same process. At that time in ‘Type’, we select ‘Receive’. Rest the process is the same.
