When a Salesman goes on tour, he takes ornaments for sale or shows the different designs available to the customers. While taking the ornaments, the Tags of the ornaments are scanned and issued to the salesman. But if the firm owner has taken this system later, and he wants to enter the previous details of the item taken by the salesman on tour, he can do this through this “Tour Opening” feature. The details entered here will show as the opening stock. This entry will be reflected in the Tour stock report.
In the INVENTORY AND SUPPLY CHAIN clicking the Configuration menu, we get many functions, Inventory setup is one of them. On clicking this we get many
features. “Tour Opening” is one of
them.
On clicking Tour opening, we get
(A)
We have to fill up the
details and press the Enter key, then the data will be shifted to(B)
After filling in the details save it.
This entry will be reflected in the
opening of that specific Tour. This can be seen in the Tour Stock Report.
Now you can see the opening stock has
been added to the Tour Stock Report.
