The
benefit that a buyer gets in this type of scheme, is that he pays for the
ornaments, which he wants to purchase, is in instalments.
Sometimes
the shop owners give special schemes for customers. For customers who are
financially weak, or do not want to spend the capital money in one go. For
them, the owner gives the instalment facility. The terms and conditions depend
on the seller.
From
the customer, the owners enquire what is their requirement, and then they fix
up the instalments. Usually, this instalment is made for one year. Then they
agree with the understanding that the eleven-month instalment has to be given
by the customer and the last instalment will be born by the owner. The gold
ornament equivalent to the amount deposited at the end of one year will be
delivered after the completion of the contract.
