In the Jewelry industry, main metals are Gold, Platinum, Silver etc. But there are other items also involved in this Trade. They are Stones, Rudraksha, Leather belts, American Diomands, and Packing Materials. These can be added to this software through this feature.
On Clicking Other Item, the following is the screen
(1) On Clicking the Action button, we get different options. We can click as per our requirement.
(2) With the help of this toggle switch, we can activate or de-activate the Other Item
(2) On clicking the (+) button, we can add one more Other Item. Clicking this a pop-up opens up as follows
1. We have to select from the Item Category it belongs.
2. We have to name the Other Item.
3. Rate - Item fixed Rate (Selling Rate)
4 Short Name - You can give your short name.
5. Effect On - You have to select the required option from the drop-down. If you do not want any effect, then you have to select the option accordingly. If you want the effect of the other item, to be shown in less weight, then select the option given.
6. You can select OTHER.
7. You have to write down the Total number of pieces.
8. From the drop-down, we have to select the unit of the other item.
9. Enter the gross weight of the other item.
10. If you want this other item to be shown in the dropdown in sales and purchase, then we have to select default as YES otherwise NO.
11. If the Item is a Stone select YES otherwise NO.
12. If this is a Big Stone then select YES otherwise NO.
13. You have to write the HSN Code given by the government department for this Other Item.
14. You have to select the metal in which this Stone will be fitted, from the drop-down.
15. You have to select under which this other item falls.
16. Is Handling Customer mean if the customer is giving the other item for fixing it in the ordered ornament, then we have to select ‘Yes’, otherwise ‘No’.
17. If we want the labour rate to be displayed while making the Tag or Bill, we have to select ‘Yes’, otherwise ‘No’.
18. If we want to display the stone rate in the stone rate module, we have to click ‘Yes’, otherwise ‘No’.
19. If we want the labour to be shown in the Sales rate, select ‘Yes’, otherwise ‘No’.
20. If we want the Certificate number of that other item to be mandatory, we have to select ‘Yes’.
21. If we want the rate to be automatically linked up with the To-day rate, we have to select ‘Yes’.
After entering the details Save it.
