In Other less items, we may have many model numbers of different companies. The effect of this can be seen in the Other Item/In-Out function.
When we bring the cursor to Configuration, we can see many functions, one of which is inventory setup.
Clicking this, we get many features.
Clicking the feature, a page opens up
1. We activate the Status, with the help of this toggle switch.
2. By clicking this action button, we get many options, in the drop-down. We can use these options as per our requirements.
3. If we want to add a new Model, we have to click this (+) sign. On clicking this we get a pop-up as follows -
1. Brand - The brand made in BOB, will be coming in the drop-down, We have to select the appropriate brand.
2. Model Number - We have to enter the Model number here.
3. MRP - Here we have to enter the MRP of the model.
4. Shape - We have to select the shape from the drop-down.
5. Colour - We have to select the colour of the Model.
6. Size - Select the size from the drop-down.
7. Image - We can add different angled photos of the same model.
8. Main Photo - We can select the mail profile photo of the Model from here.
After filling in the details save it.
Now I want to show you where this Model is used.

This Model Number is used In all the features. We have given you a screen-shot of one of the features as follows -
We have to select the Model number from the drop-down, and then fill up the details. Now you see how this Model is used in this ERP.
