This is the feature from where you can create locations in a branch. You can create as many locations as you want like a sales location, purchase location, Items without tag location, repair, repair receive, Hall mrking, etc.
The effect can be seen in different features.

In Inventory Setup, on bringing the cursor on Configuration, we can see many functions
On the right corner of each entry, we can see an ‘Action’ button. On clicking this a dropdown opens up with many options which we can use as per our requirements. If we want to add a new location we have to click on the (+) button. A pop-up opens up as follows -
Name of the location.
Give your short name.
Write in that location the allowed weight.
If we select the Default field, Yes, at the time of User Login the location will come as default.
In sales, if we select yes, then at the time of sales that location will come as default.
From the drop-down, if we select the Default Box name, for that location.
For that location, we have to select the Users and responsibilities.
We can enter the Display Sequence here.
After entering the details save it. Thus we can add a new location.
