This is the page from where you can see the complete Inventory and supply chain.

On clicking Inventory setup, we get the screen as below.

There are many features as follows:


  1. Master Group - Without Master Group no transaction can be made. For different metals, we can make different groups, like Old Gold, Gold, Silver, and Platinum, In these groups, we can add different items with different touches. 

  2. Collection - All the Ornaments are broadly classified into different Collections. These Collections are reflected in BOM, Direct Tag Print from Purchase, and in Tag Report. You can see the details inside.

  3. Item Category - This is a very Important Feature. We can add different Items in this Item category. E.G. Bracelet is one type of Item Category, in which further varieties are Ladies and Gents Bracelet, which will come under Sub-Category. This Item Category is used throughout the software.

  4. Item Sub-Category - This is a very Important Feature. We can add different Items in this Item Sub-Category. E.G. Ring is one type of Item Category, in which Ladies and Gents Ring, comes under the Item Sub-Category. Details can be seen inside.

  5. Item - All the gold ornaments are categorized as different items. The effect of the item can be seen throughout the software. Details inside.

  6. Touch - Touch is nothing else but Purity. Everywhere we need to mention the Purity/Touch of the Metal sold or purchased. Details inside.

  7. Other Item - In Jewelry Industries main metal is Gold, Platinum, Silver etc. But there are other items also involved in this Trade. They are Stones, Rudraksha, Leather belts, American Diomands, and Packing Materials. These can be added to this software through this feature. 

  8. Stock Adjust / ItemOpening / Branch Transfer - This is a very Important Page. If for example, the actual stock is 500 grams but in the software are 510 grams. These 10 grams can be adjusted, and the difference can be brought to zero with the adjustment on this page. We can set our Opening Stock from here, by selecting STOCK ADJUST TYPE: Opening (from the drop-down). We can do the Branch Transfer by selecting the block, STOCK ADJUST TYPE: Branch Transfer (from drop-down). All the stock transfers can be done from here.

  9. Design Size - We can add different design sizes through this feature.

  10.  Box Master - In Jewelry Trade, they keep the items in different Boxes. They, first of all, weigh the box is taken and while creating the Tag, the Box Weight is also added to the Item in the Tag. 

  11. Repairing Type - This is the feature where we make different categories in the Repairing sector.

  12. Labour Master - This is the Feature where you can create the Labour Master. This Labour Master data can add during Tag Creation.

  13. Print Master - When we take the material from one Branch to another, on the road it is questionable of the material. He needs paper for the road. This is the place where you can create papers for The Salesman.

  14. BOM - It is a centralized source of information used to manufacture a product.

  15. Location - With the help of this feature different locations can be added/deleted/ edited.

16. Scheme Type - Sometimes the Shops sell gold Ornaments in Installments. This is put in a different Scheme. This is the Scheme Master From here you can add types of schemes.
