This is the feature where we can set Tamplet for SMS, E-Mail., and WhatsApp

INVENTORY AND SUPPLY CHAIN => CONFIGURATION => IMPORT/EXPORT DATA => SMS TEMPLATE

On clicking Import/ Export Data we get the following

There are many features, out of which ‘SMS Template’ is one of them. On clicking this we get.

1. Clicking the action button we can see four options. We can use them as per our requirements.

2. When we want to add a new template we have to click the (+) button. Clicking this we get the following.

On filling up the details and saving it, we can add a new SMS Template.
