The senior management or the owner or the partners want the latest reports of the updates at the showroom like Retail Sales, Transaction Sales, Payment Sales, Payment Received, Metal Payment, Metal Received, Daily Work Sheet Report, and Tag Minimum Stock. The details can be sent to different Users as wanted through Telegram as notifications, with the help of this feature.
INVENTORY AND SUPPLY CHAIN => CONFIGURATION => IMPORT/EXPORT DATA
We have to select the bill type from the dropdown like Retail Sales, Transaction Sales, Payment Sales, Payment Received, Metal Payment, Metal Received, Daily Work Sheet Report, and Tag Minimum Stock.
Select the date, on which the notification is to be sent.
You must select PDF/Image from the drop-down to be sent in Telegram as a Notification.
User Names to whom the notification is to be sent.
Select the option of Branches or Sub Branch of the details wanted.
Select the File Type, Bill Wise/ Summary/ Branch Wise Summary from the drop-down.
We can click the Generate button to see the Report to be sent as a Notification, which we can view at the bottom.
When we click the send button, the notification will be sent to the Users selected.
Then we can send the notifications via Telegram to the selected Users.
