When we have a Lot number and we want to add the Tags under that Lot, then this feature is useful. With the help of this feature, we can Import Tag Data both ways, setting the data as per the file format given or without the file format. This helps us to avoid mistakes while entering the details and quick entry, of the total data.
INVENTORY AND SUPPLY CHAIN => CONFIGURATION => IMPORT/EXPORT DATA
On clicking the first filter we get a drop-down of the LOT numbers. The Lot numbers created from purchase will not be seen in the drop-down only those Lot numbers created directly will be seen in the drop-down.
In the second filter, you have to select the Account name from the drop-down with this Lot number attached.
In the third filter, you have to, select the other item from the drop-down.
After that, you have to, select the updated file by clicking on “Choose File”.
From the drop-down, we have to select if this uploading document is as per the format, or not.

After selecting the uploading file, we have to click the Import button. By doing so we can import all the Tags under the Lot selected.
