Importing the Account of the customer/Supplier one by one is a hectic job and time-consuming. This is the place from where we can update the account in one shot. We have to update the Excel Sheet as per the Sample file, and then in one go, all the Accounts and the details can be updated. This is a very important feature, to make our work easy. Here we can see many features with the help of these features we can Import and Export data of Inventory, Tag and General details. We can send notifications by Telegram and set the SMS Templates.
INVENTORY AND SUPPLY CHAIN => CONFIGURATION => Import/Export Data
On clicking “Import/Export Data”, the following is the screen.
Import Account Data: On clicking this, a new screen opens up
On clicking Import Import Type, we get a drop-down
1. Import Account
2. Import Account Opening.
We can select anyone as per our requirements.
At first, we can see a button as 'Sample File'. On clicking this, we get a file format. We have to add the Accounts as per the format given. After that, we have to click on ‘Choose File’ and select the file to be imported after that click Import.
We can update the total account details.
The same process has to be followed regarding Import Account Opening
EXPORT INVENTORY DATA :
On clicking this we get two filters. On clicking this we get a drop down, with many options. Item with Group, Item Only, Other Item, Item Category, Item Sub-Category, Item Group. We can select any of the options and select the format required. After this click Export. Thus you can export the Inventory details.
HUID Code is given by Government, for different Items different Code. If we want to Import the HUID Data, we have to first down load the sample file, and update the file. Then select the file to be imported and click Import button. Thus we can Import Huid Data in our software.
IMPORT TAGS DATA :
First of all have to click the sample file and update it.
On clicking the first filter, we get a drop down of LOT number. These Lot number does not come from purchase. These Lot has to be created separately, which comes as a drop down.
In second filter, you have to select the Account name from the drop down.
In the third filter, you have to select the other item.
After that you have to selectthe updated file by clicking on “Choose File”.
Finally click on the Import button. Thus you can import the Tag Data.
SEND NOTIFICATION :
This is the feature from where you can trigger the notification. This will only be sent to Telegram.
In the first filter you have to select from the drop down the bill type, for which the notification to be sent.
In the second filter select the date on which the notification to be sent.
In the third filter you have to select the type of format to be sent.
In the fourth filter select the Users to whom the notification to be sent.
After that click “Sent”. On the date specified the notifications will be triggered
SMS TEMPLATE :
SMS can be sent to Telegram or Watsapp through this feature. The details explained inside this feature.
In the first filter, you have to select the type from the drop-down. Then download the sample file and update it.
Click on the second filter “Choose File”, select the updated file and click on Import.
Thus you can import Collection, Category, Sub-Category, Touch, Item & other Items.
This feature allows you to import City, District, Tehsil. all at one go.
