The main head office purchases gift items from suppliers and distribute these gift items to other branches. The branch has to accept the gift articles and this is done through this feature. After receiving the Gift Items, then only the Gift stock will be reflected in that branch.

On clicking Gift Masters, we get many features
On clicking Gift Branch Receive, we get the following. From the Top margin change the Branch, where we want to receive the Gift Item as marked below.
On this page, we can see two Tabs on the left top margin. "All" & "Pending Receive".
In "Pending Receive", we can see all the Gift Items issued to this branch but not yet received by this branch.
Clicking the “Action” button, we can see three options. One of them is ‘Receive’. On clicking this the items issued will be received. As soon as you do so, the details of that gift item will vanish from this page. This detail can be seen in the “All” page. Here we can see all the items received by that branch. These details will be reflected in the stock.
