There are different levels of customers, we can distinguish the level by giving the customer a tag by which we can know the status of the customer. Knowing the level helps us to entertain him, or special schemes to be given or not.

The status of the VIP can be operated from here. The effect of this is in the Customer’s Account / Supplier Account / Kariger Account / Sales Man / Logistic / Other Account / Prospective Customer / Kasar Account

INVENTORY AND SUPPLY CHAIN => CONFIGURATION => GENERAL SETUP

On clicking the VIP Level following is the screenshot.  

1. If we want to add a New VIP Level, we have to click (+)
2. From here we can Activate/Deactivate the VIP Level.
3. If we click on Edit, we will get different options, as above.

On clicking (+), we get the following screen

1. Write the Name of VIP Level as per your choice.
2. We can give our sequential number as per our choice, as per our priority.
3. We can colour of that VIP Level.
4. We can Activate/Deactivate the VIP Level, selecting the dropdown.
