We can create a New Region by clicking on (+)
We can activate or deactivate the Region Code by operating the Switch.
On clicking the Action Button, we get many options as shown above.
On Clicking (+) we get the following Screen
We have to add the Region Code.

We can alter the display sequence from here.
We can change the Status (Active / Deactivate) of the Region Code from here
Then save it.
