This feature is the master of Occupation. This is used while creating new Accounts. In Inventory and Supply Chain, when we go for the first menu, Configuration, we can see many functions. General Setup is one of them.
On clicking this function, we get many features. One of the functions is Occupation.
On clicking the Occupation feature, we get the following page-
We can see the different Occupations added before.
Here we can see a status switch by which you can activate or deactivate the status.
On the right side, you can see an action button. On clicking this, we get a dropdown.
The first is View, with the help of this we can view the details.
The second is Edit, with the help of this we can edit the entry.
The third is the delete, with the help of this we can delete the entry.
The fourth one is Changes, with the help of this we can see the crater and updator’s details. When we want to add a new Occupation, we have to click the plus sign on the top right corner of this page. Clicking this, the following is the display.
One has to enter the Occupation name and select the status. Then save it.
Thus we can add a new Occupation.
I want to show you the effect. While creating an Account, the Occupation field can be seen. We have to select it from the dropdown.
