When a Customer comes to the showroom, he must have come for some Purpose.  If he does not purchase any ornaments and goes back then it is very essential to know the purpose of his visit for the follow-up. Later the Customer can be called back and know the exact cause of his dissatisfaction and follow up with the customer. This facility is only available in Master Apps.

On clicking Billing Setup

Clicking the Purpose Feature, we get

On clicking the Action button on the right side of each entry, we get a drop-down -

  1. View - We can view the details by using this option.

  2. Edit - We can edit the entry.

  3. Delete - We can delete the entry, with the help of this option.

  4. Changes - We can view the creator of the entry and the updater also.

 2. If we want to add a new entry we have to click on the plus button. On clicking this we get the following

  1. Name - Enter the Name of the New Purpose

  2. Description - We have to enter the description.

  3. Display Sequence - We have to enter the sequential number.

  4. Status - We have to activate or deactivate the status.

Then save it. Thus you can enter a new entry.

Now we see the Reasons in Master Apps.  When we enter any visitor in Master Apps, we have to select the reason for his visit. All the entries entered in Reasons in ERP will be coming as a drop-down in Master Apps as shown below. We have to select the appropriate purpose and save it which will be reflected in the ERP.
