All the billing formats can be made by default as per our choice.

On Clicking the Bill Setup, the following is the screen.

In this you can see a status switch, with the help of this you can activate or deactivate the status. 
When we click the action button, we get a drop-down, with many options. We can use the options as per our choice. 
If we want to edit the entry, we must go for the first option.
If we want to keep the same data and want to make a different bill format, then we have to go for the second option.
The third option is changes, in this option, we can see who has created it and who has updated it.
When we want to add a new Bill Setup then click (+), on the top right corner of the page. We will get a new pop-up as follows :

 

  1. Name: You can name as per your choice
  2. Transaction Type: Which type of Invoice do you want to select. You can select any type of transaction, from the dropdown.
  3. Bill Print Type: Different types of formats will come in the dropdown. One can select the format as per the transaction type..
  4. Paper Type: You can select the paper size of your printout.
  5. Orientation: Orientation of print Landscape/Portrait.
  6. Is Default: For a particular transaction we can select the format as default from here by selecting Yes.
  7. Print Type: We have to select from the drop-down the type of Print (Simple/Thermal / Custom)
  8. Bill Print Option:  When we select any category from the drop-down, all the items having the same category when we take the printout will be shown as one total category.
  9. Select the branch for which branch you require this format.
  10. We can choose the height of the letter here.
  11.  Select Yes if you want to show the opening and closing of the account in the bill.
  12. If we want the page number in the bill select Yes.
  13. If you want any title on top of the bill, you have to enter the title here.
  14. If we want to show the HUDU Code in the bill print select Yes.
  15. In that specific bill, if we want a note to be printed, we can write it here.
  16. In that bill format if we want the header select Yes.
  17. If we want the images to be in the printout, then select Yes.
  18. The gap on the top margin can be determined from here by selecting the px.

After filling in the details, save it. Thus you can set a bill format.
