We can make as many types of discount slabs in this feature. These slabs will be reflected in the retail sale bill. We can select the slab as per our want. That way we can give discounts to the customers.

Clicking Billing Setup we get

Clicking Bill Discount, we get the following page.
1. We can activate or deactivate the status from here.

2. On clicking the action button, we get the following drop-down.
a.     View - On clicking this we can view the entry.
b.     Edit - We can edit the previous entry.
c.     Clone - On clicking this a duplicate entry with a different name can be made with the same old data.
d.     Delete - We can delete that specific entry.
e.     Changes - Clicking this we can see who has created the discount and who has updated it.

      3.  On clicking the (+) button we can create a new discount slab. On clicking this we get the following.
1. Discount Type - We can give our name.
2. Short Name - We can give our short name.
3. From Date - Write from which date this discount is in effect.
4. To Date - Write to which date the discount is valid.
5. User Roll - Add the User Roll, who is eligible to give the discount to the customers.
6. Status - Select the status from the dropdown.
7. Discount Type - There are two types of discount. One is Item and the other is General. If we select Item, then the discount will be itemwise and if we select General, then the total discount will be on the total.
8. Item Category - Select the Item Category from the dropdown.
9. Item Group - Select the Item Group from the dropdown.
10. Item Name - Select the Item from the dropdown.
11. Discount On - We have to select from the dropdown, what you want to give the discount.
12. Discount Rate - Enter the discount rate.
13. On clicking this symbol, we can delete that entry.
14. On clicking this we can add one more item.
15. Thus you can add as many discount slabs in this feature.
The effect of this can be seen in retail sales, we can select the type of discount we want to give.
