This is the place where you can record all the persons visited.

Clicking on ① “Action” button we get different options that can be used per our requirements.
Clicking on ②, we download the visiting card of the visitor.
Clicking on ③, we get the following pop-up.
Account Name - We have to select the Account name from the drop-down.
Visit Type - We have to select one of the four options i.e. Customer, Visit, Review, Supplier, as per the type of customer.
Demand - We have to enter the purpose of the visit.
Complaint - We have to enter the type of complaint if there is any.
Rate - We have to enter the rate as the customer has agreed.
Date - Will be auto-filled.
Salesman - We have to select the salesman’s name.
Requirement - We have to meet the customer’s requirements.
Remark - We have to enter the remark here.
We have to upload the visiting card here.
If the customer has any query regarding any Tag number, he can scan it here.
We can enter the name here if any employee has come representing the firm.
The representative's mobile number has to be entered here.
After entering the details save it.
We can get the details from the Customer Visit Report.
