🖨️ How to Set Up Auto Tag Print in AUGAI ERP


Auto Tag Print feature allows your system to automatically print tags through your default printer without manual intervention.

Follow the steps below to properly configure and activate Auto Tag Print on your system.

🔧 Step-by-Step Setup Guide

1. Install Node.js

- Before starting the setup, make sure Node.js is installed on your system.

- You can download it from the official website: https://nodejs.org

2. Add “Sr-Printer” Folder

- Go to your system drive and create a folder named Sr-Printer.

- Note: Do not create this folder inside the C: drive.

- If your system is scale integrated, paste the folder in the same directory where the scale integration files are located.

3. Open Command Prompt (CMD)

- Press Win + R, type cmd, and hit Enter.

4. Navigate to the Folder Path

- Use the cd command to navigate to the directory where you placed the Sr-Printer folder.

  Example:

cd D:\Sr-Printer

5. Install Required Packages

- Once inside the folder, run the following command:

npm install

6. Start the Server

- Enter the command below to start the printing service:

pm2 start server.js

7. Save the PM2 Process

- To make sure the service restarts automatically after system reboot, run:

pm2 save

🖨️ Important Note :

- The Auto Tag Print function will use your default system printer.

Ensure the correct printer is set as default before starting the service.
